What We Stand For
Across every relationship, Maven aims to be curious, strategic, collaborative and outcome-driven. That shows up through four core values.
When you work with us, you’ll work directly with senior people, not layers of account management. The team you meet at the start is the team that stays close throughout.

Leanne Byrne
Managing Director
Leanne leads relationships and business development at Maven. She brings experience from in-house marketing roles in fast-growing clinics and retail, where she helped launch new services and keep teams aligned around the story. Her background in photography, filmmaking and business development gives her a strong feel for how content and strategy work together.
Clients value Leanne’s thoughtful preparation, her eye for the human side of a brief and her focus on building long-term partnerships rather than quick wins.

Claire Gannon
Business Director
Claire leads delivery and strategy. She has spent over a decade working in brand, insight and go-to-market roles, helping established brands and growing businesses turn ideas into campaigns that actually land. Her experience ranges from large telecoms projects to scaling ambitious start-ups.
At Maven, Claire brings a steady, strategic presence. She joins the dots between teams, keeps plans grounded in reality and makes sure the work stays focused on outcomes that matter to the organisation.

Mark
CRM and Content Lead
Mark supports CRM, automation and content at Maven. He focuses on the systems and messages that keep marketing running in the background, from email journeys and contact strategies to the content that helps people take the next step. He also leads our work on CRM configuration, automated contact journeys and light AI supported workflows that keep communication consistent across channels.
He works closely with Leanne and Claire to make sure plans are not just designed but delivered, measured and refined, so teams can see how their marketing is performing over time.
Specialist Partners
Maven also works with a trusted network of videographers, designers and media partners who can be engaged for specific campaign requirements, such as event coverage, video production and design of campaign assets.

is right for you?
We are a good fit if you:
Start small, move fast...
We like to begin with something small and useful. That might be a focused workshop, a short sprint on your messaging or a live review of your current marketing so we can agree what matters most.
